Samantha gears up for release of debut production film Sabahs as Bats for Equal Pay
Actor Samantha recently advocated equal pay in a media interaction. His first production film, ‘Suham’ is set for a grand release on 9 May.
Actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently advocated equal pay in media interaction in Hyderabad. His first production venture, Subham, is set for a grand release on 9 May. During a conversation with the media, Samantha was asked if she would work with stars under her newly launched production venture, Trollala Productions.
Responding to this question, she said, “I never say. Under Trolla Productions, I want to be very careful about every aspect. It believes in equal skills, uniform remuneration and similar experience. It was easy for this film, because everyone was a newcomer.”
He then said, “I know that different types of films have different requirements. As much as possible, I want to make sure that have equal skills, equal pay and equal experience.”
While the film has the convenience of new people, Samantha has played a cameo in the film.
He said, “I was not going to play the role of a cameo in ‘Suham’, but I did not want to ask anyone for my first production. So, I decided to do it myself. I am promoting the film for one and three or four days, but after that, the film is completely in the hands of the audience.”
Samantha launched its production house, Trola Productions, recently and his first project is titled ‘Subham’. Written by Praveen Kandrigula (fame of ‘cinema captivity) and written by Vasant Mringanti, the film includes Harsith Reddy, Guardi Srinivas, Charan Perry and Shriya Kontham.
While the noise police composed music, the background score is done by Vivek Sagar.
‘Subham’ is ready for a grand release on 9 May.
