New Delhi, ICICI Lombard on Tuesday reduced net profit by 2 per cent to Rs 510 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 31. The company made a net profit of Rs. 520 crore was registered.
However, the company’s total revenue increased to Rs 5,851 crore in the quarter, compared to Rs 5,165 crore in the year ago.
In the same quarter a year ago, the total direct premium income of the company has increased to Rs 6,211 crore, with a growth of 2.3 per cent.
ICICI Lombard said in a regulatory filing that the board paid Rs 7 for the final dividend of Rs 7 per equity share or for the financial year ended on March 31, 2025. Recommended a final dividend of 70 % of 10.
March-Estate was 2.69 times in the end of March 2025, 2.69 times, which is higher than a 1.5-time minimum regulatory requirement 2.62 times on March 31, 2024.
