Gond Katira is a type of food gum that turns into a substance like jelly when dissolved in water. It has no significant color or taste, making it an ideal component to add to your foods and drinks. In addition, Gond Katira is extremely healthy.

Is Mint Gond Katira Cooler Healthy?

Mint is a storehouse of vitamin C, antioxidants and antiseptic properties that often help to cure your intestine, further promotes better physical functions. In addition, drinks include basil seeds, lemon, coconut water and black salt that maintain electrolyte balance in your body.

Mint Gond Katira Cooler Recipe | How to make Mint Gond Katira Cooler at home:

1. Soak some basil seeds.

2. Soak some Gond Katira.

3. In a blender, add mint leaves, lemon juice, black salt, honey, cumin and chaat masala, ice cubes and blend.

4. In a long glass, soaked the gond katira, mint-lemon mixture, soaked basil seeds and combine it with coconut water.

5. Mix everything, serve the top and cool with mint leaves.
