As we are one of the most awaited festivals of the year, a few days away, the preparation has started in full enthusiasm! 1. watermelon

Juicy and flavored watermelon is one of the first foods that come to our mind when thinking about summer fruits. Watermelon is a stunning fruit that contains 95 percent water. Being rich in lycopene, an antioxidant, watermelon is necessary to regulate the balance of water in the body. A hot and humid summer day is a delicious way to stay hydrated on watermelon.

2. Cucumbers:

Do we say more? Cucumbers are one of the most reliable hydrating foods to include in our summer diet. “Cucumber is composed of 95% water and two compounds – ascorbic acid and caffeic acid – which prevents water retention. Due to its high water content, it promotes the hygiene and removes toxins”

This is the best inclusion in your diet when fried and smooth Holi party menu is dropping your intestine.
