There is another crowded chaat on Holi. You can never wrong with chaat items because they are very tasty and (usually) to keep together. Try to make this Holi, Churumuri or ‘Masala Mandki’. It is like a popular South Indian Street Food BHEL Puri. This does not require any chutney, which makes it the right choice when in a hurry! For many of us, there is a time of fried snacks like Holi pakora and bread rolls. But are you looking for a non-deep fried version of these snacks? Whether you are being conscious of health or just running out of oil, this tawa bread roll recipe is here to save the day. You have to start by following the normal process: stuff bread slices with mashed vegetables (potatoes, onions, carrots, etc.) that are experienced with spices.
