Bharti Airtel has transferred its full 69.94 % of its own ownership subsidiary to Airtel Limited, a regulatory filing said on Tuesday. “The shareholding of 69..94 per cent is being transferred to the company’s fully -owned subsidiary (ie Airtel Limited), which receives the required regulatory and corporate approval in the bank above.
According to the filing, the required regulatory and corporate approval regarding the transaction has been received by the company.
Airtel payment turnover in 2023-24 is Rs. 165.1 crore.
“The transfer of shareholding comes under the work area of the related party transactions and will be done at the length of the hand,” Filing said.
