Subramaniam, known as Subbu, is an ambitious IIM graduate focused on corporate success. He works under a cruel businessman Pasupathi, and helps him to get his rival Ramayya’s company. As a reward, he joins Pasupathi’s daughter, Riya.
His life takes an unexpected turn when his childhood friend, sage returns. Unlike Subbu, the sage is careless and dreams of visiting Dush Kasi. Subbu meets Anandi, whose father has important shares. He befriends him but focuses on his business goals.
A tragic accident causes a decline between the sage and the sage. Soon after, the sage dies in a road accident. To honor his last wish, Subbu and Anandi visit Dodh Kasi. Travel changes the vision of the seller on life.
He meets those who make him feel the emptiness of chasing success. He binds with Anandi and love. After returning, he cancels his engagement, gives back to Ramayya’s company, and starts fresh. Finally, he asks Anandi for a place in his life, choosing love on ambition.

Directed and written by Nag Ashwin, Yevde Subramaniam is produced by Priyanka Dutt and Swapna Dutt. The film stars Nani in the lead roles with Malvika Nair, Vijay Devarakonda and Ritu Verma. Cinematography is handled by Rakesh Irukullah and Naveen Yadav, while Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao takes charge of editing. Music is composed by the Radhan, which is a song by Ilaiyaraja.
