Thanup is a Malayalam drama film which was premiered in theaters on October 4 last year. The film marked the beginning of the direction of cinematographer Ragesh Narayanan and introduced new faces like Nidhesh Nambiar. Although it initially struggled to find an OTT platform, it is now ready to make its digital debut in a few days.

Thanup will soon start streaming on Manorama Max. However, the OTT platform has not yet announced the release date. However, he took to his Instagram handle to announce and wrote, “Rahesh Nambiar, Jibia, Kutikkal Jayachandran, Arun Kumar starrer Thanupu Ragesh Narayanan directed by Thanupu Soon to Thanuram Max .. !!!”

Official trailer and Thanup plot
The trailer introduced a love story between debut Jibia and Nidhesh Nambiar. As it moves forward, the eligible seems to hide something from the local people. Stress increases as they worry about exposing their secrets. In the final shot, both characters are shown to be immersed in water, making the audience more keen.
Cast and Crew of Thanup
Thanup is directed and written by Ragesh Narayanan. The film was produced by Anu Anantan and Dr. Lakshmi has done. Cinematography is controlled by Manikandan PS, while editing is performed by Safdar Marwa. The music for the film is composed by Bibin Ashok.
The artists include Pratash and Jibia TC as Tresa as Nidhesh Nambiar. Other Notable Cast Members are Koottick Jayachandran as Prakash, Arun Kumar as Santosh, Aaru Bala as Thamizhan, Satheesh Gopi as SHYJU, Prinu Padiyoor as UNNI, Rathhesh Iritty Radhe Akrishnan as Mani, Madhu as Thankachan, Shiny Sarah as Pratheesh’s mother, and Padmanabhan as father of Pratheesh.
The film was shot at several places, including Kannur, Wayanad and Ernakulam districts in Kerala as well as Chennai and Kodagu districts.
