Sharmin Segal shares her opinion on her body and looks
During the release of her debut film Malaal, Sharmin Segal had revealed that she was shamed and mocked for being overweight in school, which affected her for a long time. And now, speaking to News18, the actress said that she loves her body. She also added that there are days when she is not happy with the way she looks.
She revealed that she sometimes feels bloated and also admitted that accepting the way one looks is a slow process as the body keeps changing. She further added that her changing mindset has helped her reach a point where she is comfortable with the way she looks. “At the end of the day, we are all women. We go through periods and pregnancy and those things have a physical impact on our bodies,” she said.
Sharmin also agrees that it is hard to accept the changes in your body and still try to be the best version of yourself that makes you happy. She also admits that sometimes she wishes she looked like Bella Hadid.
