Can a city restaurant ever feel like a home? Many establishments promise to catch their ‘essence’, trying to provide a specific mixture of rest, indifference, warmth and solidarity. But they often fail to hit the mark. A possible reason is that they cannot realize that the house is a complex emotional concept – only offering “comfort food” and a “laid -backed atmosphere” is not enough. So what is the secret component for success? There can be many – but real personal touch and experiences of experiences are great places to start cursing. And this is why the love restaurant in Andheri manages to stand out.

It is served with tea colored liquid in an old school tea cup. We take a small careful sip before we sink the bun and thankfully nothing sweet tastes. This is actually the taste of a broth with lemongrass and ginger, which deliciously complement pork stuffing. A small cream has been added to the brother to look like tea, the chef tells us.
Coastal sea bass curry with Uthappam Apart from this, special mention is entitled. It is one of the “Deshpande domestic specialties”, the story of the restaurant – the mother of the brothers introduces another family member. Those chefs are Akash that Malwani takes to the staple, when she used to cook while she was growing up. Coconut-based curry is a true coastal pleasure, packed with spices and textures. We enjoyed every moral.

For the length of our food, we were sitting on the chef’s table (counter-side seating that can be booked already). It was a cure for our orders and others to be prepared before our eyes. We got a glimpse in teamwork in action – and it has also impressed the menu’s cursion in the first place. Chef Akash says, “I try to include my Maharashtrian roots in the menu, while my Sous-Shef brings his own regional effects. One of them is from South India, so some dishes reflect their legacy. Love is not once in the restaurant. However, the drink menu have mocktails that aim to capture the taste of the selected classic cocktail. We tried a non-contribution for rum and coke, called “called”Scrutiny“It was fresh and we appreciated the innovation. But we enjoyed Brazilian lemonade Too much. Other drinks including tea and coffee are also available.

Finally, we also tasted the famous Starry Night Sweets – characteristic of a musk watermelon mousse as a central element. We feasted our eyes on colored (edible) vortex and pantstrokes – just a few moments later to demolish them with a spoon. While this sweet treatment was certainly memorable, we realized that the savory cuisine also left a great impression – and it would be for those we would consider returning to the love restaurant.
