Add grated carrots, onion, ginger, green chillies, green onions and boiled potatoes. Next, add roasted gram flour, chaat masala, salt, black pepper, garam masala and coriander powder. Mix everything together. Now take a little portion of the mixture and make tikkis with the help of hands. Repeat the process with the remaining mixture. Place the tikkis on a non-stick pan on low-medium flame. Sprinkle some oil on them while cooking. Turn and cook the other side also. Serve hot and enjoy!
