Filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya’s Rajshri Productions, known for family dramas like Maine Pyar Kiya, Hum Aapke Hain Koun and Hum Saath Saath Hain, is making its OTT debut with SonyLIV series Bada Naam Karege. The trailer of the show was released on Saturday.

Starring Barjatya as the showrunner and directed by Palash Vaswani of Gullak fame, Bada Naam Karenge brings a modern twist to the love story while staying in line with Rajshri’s trademark style of upholding family values.

The trailer, which is over three minutes long, focuses on the love story of its lead characters, Rishabh and Surbhi. It follows the familiar story of a Bollywood romantic drama, where boy meets girl, they fall in love, but their families oppose their union.
