When it comes to eating out, cleanliness of the restaurant is very important. This builds the foundation of trust between the restaurant and its customers. But what happens when this trust is broken? A video recently shared on Instagram has raised concerns about poor food storage practices at a popular restaurant in Jaipur. The footage, shared by a content creator, claims to show food inspection at Up & Up The Musical Terrace restaurant, where vegetarian and meat dishes were placed next to each other.

In the video, the content creator claims that a Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS) officer can be heard questioning the storage practices in the kitchen of the restaurant. He inspects the gravy and asks, “How many days is this in the freezer? That’s a worrying situation.”

He further mentions that raw meat was stored along with vegetarian foods. The officer says,It cannot be a big player with the trust of the general public. [There cannot be a bigger violation of the faith of the general public than this],

RAS officials also took a look at the cheese stored in dirty water and claimed that the entire product was “smelling”.

The note attached with the video reads, “Food safety officials Rajasthan inspected Up & Up, Musical Terrace and found major food and safety violations. Watch the reel to watch the video. Share it with your friends to raise awareness !”
