Kannada superstar Kiccha Sudeep is busy promoting his upcoming film Max. During a press conference, Sudeep hit back at the person who asked the actor why he chose the English title for his next film Max, even though it is a Kannada film.
Kiccha Sudeep was talking to the press when a person asked him a question about this. Choosing a title for your film MaxThe person asked if there was a need to use English titles for Kannada films? Actor Sudeep kept looking at that person for a long time without blinking. Taking a long pause, he pointed to the mic in front of him and noted how many people had ‘English’ in their name.
Then he said, “But, the people who have come here are Kannadigas, they will see it in Karnataka. I am speaking in Kannada. We have English medium schools here. The people going there are Kannadigas. So, what is your problem ?”
