Bharti Airtel has launched a new prepaid recharge plan priced at Rs 398, targeting users who demand both high-speed connectivity and premium entertainment. The scheme, which is now live on the Airtel Thanks app, website and retail stores, promises a number of benefits. Airtel’s rival Reliance Jio has also announced new prepaid recharge plans for users. here are the details.

The latest 2024 Airtel prepaid recharge plan offers a 28-day subscription to Hotstar Mobile, allowing access to live sports, movies, and popular web series. The thing to note is that Hotstar’s mobile plan will work only on one device and that will be your smartphone, as the company gives Screen Time access to only one unit. Also, this is an ad-supported Hotstar plan. The price of this Hotstar mobile subscription is Rs 149 for 3 months and Rs 499 for a year. So, Airtel is offering this basic pack with its new prepaid plan.

Along with this, the new Airtel prepaid recharge plan also offers unlimited local, STD and roaming calls, 2GB 5G data per day and 100 SMS per day. It comes with a validity of 28 days, which means this plan will last for about a day.

Reliance Jio announces latest New Year welcome prepaid plan

Meanwhile, Airtel’s arch rival, Reliance Jio has introduced its New Year Welcome Plan, priced at Rs 2025. This plan offers benefits like unlimited calling with a validity of 200 days, a total of 500GB high-speed 4G data per day. FUP limit of 2.5GB, and unlimited 5G data access.

It also includes unlimited SMS and free access to JioSuite apps like JioTV and JioCinema. This offer is available through MyJio app and Jio website between December 11, 2024 and January 11, 2025.
