Around Rs 220 crore, beating Jawan’s previous best by almost 30 per cent. It is incredible to break the previous record set recently in this way. This is once again a non-Bollywood film that is holding up a mirror to the local film industry about what they are missing in their own backyard.
In South India, the film did well in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, where Karnataka earned around Rs. 25,000, compared to its first day business. 11 crores.
