Why you must try Amla Lachha Parantha?

Amla Lachha Paratha offers an interesting way to taste amla. Unlike regular Lachcha Paratha, this one contains grated Amla in the flour, which gives it a distinct taste. Adding gram flour and celery to the flour further enhances its taste.

Is Lachha Paratha healthy?

Absolutely! This Lachha Paratha has Amla as the main ingredient. As we all know, Amla is an excellent source of Vitamin C, which makes this Paratha quite nutritious. If you want to make it healthier, consider reducing the amount of ghee used while cooking it.

How to ensure that Amla Lachha Paratha turns out crispy?

For best taste, Amla Lachha Paratha needs to be crisp. To achieve this, make sure to cook the paratha on medium flame. Cooking it on low or high flame can cause it to be undercooked or overcooked, which will alter its crispy texture.
