- Start by thoroughly washing, boiling, and then peeling small potatoes. Keep them aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, then add mustard, urad dal, asafoetida, red chilli, curry leaves, Kashmiri red chilli powder and salt. Fry for a few seconds.
- Add boiled potatoes in the pan and mix well. Sprinkle podi masala over them and mix again.
- Once done, take it out in a bowl and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Your podi aloo is now ready to enjoy!
