Here is his post:

On 6 November, Kerala Police cleared Nivin Pauly of charges after it was established that he was absent from the specified place on the date and time of the alleged incident. As a result, Nivin Pauly, named as the sixth accused in the case, has been formally acquitted of all charges. This was carefully detailed in a report filed by DYSP Kothamangalam in the First Class Magistrate Court.
The case came into limelight in September, when the complainant brought her complaint to the attention of the Special Investigation Team (SIT), a unit set up after the release of the Hema Committee report, which addressed issues of sexual misconduct in the film industry. The SIT later informed Onukkal police, following which a case was registered.
