“Today we have 25 manufacturing facilities across India, and we are exporting to more than 50 countries. Given the way the economy of this country is growing, we also plan to invest more in this country. Pernod For, India is the second largest market in the world after the US,” Mr Mohile said.

“We believe in the economic policies of this government and that is why we are going ahead with all our expansion and investment plans,” Mr Mohile said.

Underlining that sustainability is at the core of the company and its values ​​and operations, Mr Mohile said it lives up to the mantra of 3T: Talent, Training and Transformation.

“Until we touch the roots of rural India, and corporates do not take this responsibility, real developed India will not come. This is also one of the initiatives of Pernod. We decided that we will go to remote areas, Teach them sustainable farming, we will train them with the required skills, I plan that tomorrow we can think of a farmers’ federation there from where we will get the entire supply chain,” said Mr. Mohile, adding that the company is an established Malt distillery and maturation facility in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

“We’ve always had this global approach where we basically try to blend things with local resources,” Mr Mohile said.
