The first full trailer for Timothée Chalamet-starrer A Complete Unknown is here. The Bob Dylan biopic will shed light on the rise of the Pulitzer Prize-winning artist who revolutionized the modern folk-rock music landscape in the ’60s.

In the two-minute promo, we see Chalamet’s version of Dylan grappling with his rising fame, embracing celebrityhood, managing his personal relationships.

The trailer also includes a surprise cameo from iconic country singer Johnny Cash, played here by Boyd Holbrook. There are also several scenes where we glimpse his association with famous singer Joan Baez.

The film’s official synopsis reads, “Set in the influential New York music scene of the early ’60s, A Complete Unknown follows 19-year-old Minnesota musician Bob Dylan (Timothée Chalamet) as a folk singer on his way to the top of concert halls and charts – His songs and mysteries became a worldwide sensation – culminating in his unprecedented electric rock and roll performance at the Newport Folk Festival in 1965.”

Directed by James Mangold, A Complete Unknown will be released in theaters on December 25.
