Vicky Kaushal recently called himself ‘Pookie’ in a funny gym video shared on Instagram. Despite the intense workout, her playful spirit shines through in the clip.

In the video, Vicky can be seen exercising before lip-syncing to the reprized version of the song Dekha Tenu from Mr. & Mrs. Mahhi featuring Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor. He dances to the song and matches his moves with the lyrics. However, their fitness coach soon intervenes, forcing them to return to their workouts, much to Vicky’s dismay. She captioned the video, “Pookie da workout.”

Rajkummar Rao reacted to the post and commented, “This video of Vicky is very amazing. You are everywhere brother (This video of Vicky is very good. You are everywhere),” referring to that video of his film Vicky Vidya and Vicky’s upcoming project Chhaava. Responding to this, Kaushal wrote, “Bikky please.” Love you brother”, referring to the popular dialogue from the Rao-starrer Stree.

Fitness coach Chris Gethin joked, “Singing between sets? Not on my watch bio.” Even Prime Video chimed in and asked, “Why is this workout video 13 hours long?”

Vicky Kaushal is ready to perform at IIFA 2024Taking place in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi from 27 to 29 September. Ahead of the event, he made a stylish arrival at the Abu Dhabi airport, as shared in a video posted by IIFA, captioned, “Excitement is high as the immensely talented Vicky Kaushal arrives for the NEXA IIFA Awards 2024 Have arrived.”

On the work front, Vicky is again working with director Laxman Utekar for Chhava.It is a historical drama about Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, son of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, which also features Rashmika Mandanna as part of the cast. She is also set to star in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love and War alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.
