Wash and dry your melon seeds, then toss them in a mixture of oil, salt and your favourite spices like peri peri or garlic powder. Preheat your air fryer to 175°C for about 4-5 minutes, then spread the spiced seeds in. Stir the seeds occasionally and then remove them from the air fryer basket in about 10 minutes. And you’re done!
