Jr NTR, Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan’s much-awaited Telugu action film, Devraa: Part 1, is all set to release on September 27. Ahead of its grand premiere, the Andhra Pradesh government released a notice hike in ticket prices and approving the screening of special shows within the state.

According to the government order shared, the state has allowed an increase in ticket prices, wherein higher class tickets will now cost Rs 110 more, lower class tickets Rs 60 more, and multiplex tickets Rs 135 more per ticket. Additionally, the order has approved the screening of six special shows starting midnight on the day of release and five additional shows starting the second day.

Devraa: Part 1 has received a U/A certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). Bollywood HungamaFollowing the guidelines passed by the censor board, the makers made four major modifications to the film. To reduce the violence, three scenes were changed: a character kicks his wife, a scene in which another character kicks his mother was altered and a five-second shot of a hanging body was removed completely.

Directed by Koratala Siva, Devraa: Part 1 also stars Prakash Raj, Srikanth and Shine Tom Chacko in pivotal roles. Produced by Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts, the film’s music is composed by Anirudh Ravichander, cinematography by Ratnavelu and editing by Sreekar Prasad.
