Karishma Tanna’s intense midweek workout with burpees and cable pulls
When it comes to fitness, Karisma is at the top of the game. The actress often posts glimpses of her workout routine on Instagram. Recently, she inspired her fans to practice leg training exercises with kettlebell burpees. Leg exercises are usually overlooked in favour of upper body workouts, yet they are essential for general strength, balance, and functionality. Kettlebell burpees are good for your heart health and also help in weight loss. Dressed in a lavender tank top and black leggings, Karisma was seen doing weighted bar exercises. It helps in increasing muscle mass, improving balance, and building muscles. Karisma also did some cable pulls, which strengthen your back and improve core strength.

Karishma Tanna takes her fitness seriously as she doesn’t skip hitting the gym even on her “low energy” days. A while back, the actress shared that she was having a bad day but still managed to get her gym session done. “Today was one of those days when I was low on energy, lack of sleep, unnecessary thoughts, overthinking… still I pushed myself to hit the gym and workout. Let’s motivate each other and try to stay healthy. We can do this,” she wrote in the caption. She was seen lifting weights and performing some challenging push-up and pull-up exercises. The entire routine looked like a great way to up your muscle-building game.

Earlier, Karishma Tanna’s workout routine included weight lifting, kickboxing and aerial crunches while holding a bar. She took the challenge a step further by doing burpees, deadlifts and a variety of other exercises. These sets of exercises improve your hand-eye coordination, strengthen muscles, help in weight loss and improve balance.
