Next on her positive thinking list were meditation and yoga, both of which she is an expert at. In the next slide, Rakul emphasised on relaxation and rightly so as it helps reduce stress, lower blood pressure and improve digestion. A fitness enthusiast, Rakul recommends enjoying your favourite sweets and desserts, but with a nutritious twist. The actress also shared how she eats “ice cream made of jaggery”.

She first stretched her arms and legs and then bent her knees and placed one leg on the arm.
