She posted a video of herself indulging in a solid aerial yoga session which indeed seemed like the fittest way to kickstart the weekend. Aerial yoga is known to improve core strength and stability while improving flexibility. Taapsee was seen doing various exercises with clothes hanging from the ceiling in the morning. From stretching to advanced versions of workouts, the actress set fitness goals like a pro. Most of the exercises she does are known to work on the core while opening up the muscles and improving overall posture.

To perform the asana, she wrapped one leg around a piece of cloth hanging from the ceiling and bent the other leg and touched her toes with both hands. “Sometimes the world looks better when it’s upside down,” she wrote.
