An old interview of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has resurfaced in which she said that she loses herself after marriage and kids and here are a few ways in which she can lose herself.

The Bollywood actress is in the news for an interview that took place almost 17 years ago. The couple got married in 2007, when Aishwarya’s film career was at its peak. At that time, the couple and other celebrities went on a tour called ‘The Unforgettable’. During the event, Aishwarya was asked by a journalist, “We hope we don’t lose you because of marriage and kids”, to which Aishwarya replied Teacher The actress replied, “I am looking forward to having kids, I am enjoying the marriage, there is no question of losing myself in it.”

1. Take time for yourself

2. Say no to mom guilt
The 'perfect mom' voice in your subconscious might convince you that if you spend time with yourself, you are somehow taking away from your child. If you can draw your attention to the 10 things you did right in your day, the one imperfection you made will bother you much less.
3. Write it down
Another effective way to keep yourself updated is to write down your feelings, hopes, and dreams in a journal. Writing down your challenges, hopes, and beliefs can help you better identify your needs.
4. Channel your joy
If you have a job, career, or hobby, this is a great way to make room in your life for your personal goals. If not, find something you enjoy doing, even if it's just for a few minutes a day.
