An Indian YouTuber’s x post about Caesars Palace in Las Vegas went viral recently. In his caption, Ishaan Sharma criticized the hospitality he received at American hotels. He claimed that it was the “biggest culture shock” he had faced. He said that “basic things like helping with luggage, being friendly were missing”. He also gave an example of his experience at Caesars Palace (an iconic luxury hotel in Las Vegas). He explained that after checking in at 2 am and requesting a glass of water, he was simply asked to buy a 200 ml bottle for $14.99 (approximately Rs 1200).
