Kanye West’s former chief of staff Milo Yiannopoulos has made several allegations against the rapper and his dentist Thomas P. Connelly. Yiannopoulos, who served as West’s chief of staff from 2022 to 2024, said in a court affidavit that his duties included solving problems and mysteries. He left the job in May of this year.

According to a report daily MailYiannopoulos claimed West’s staff had concerns about his dependency on nitrous gas and alleged his dentist was exploiting him. Yiannopoulos compared West’s bipolar diagnosis and the side effects of long-term nitrous gas abuse, including reckless behavior, paranoia, and mood swings. He defended his track record, saying he has worked for a number of wealthy individuals, including Georgia Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene.

The report states, “Yiannopoulos said the affidavit is consistent with a complaint he filed with the California Dental Board, in which he accused Connelly of ‘reckless, unethical, dishonest, investigative and, upon information and belief, illegal conduct.’ Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit that he was ‘motivated by urgent concern’ for West’s health and safety, not in his own capacity, and ‘on behalf of several individuals close to him.'”

He expressed doubts about Connelly installing West’s permanent titanium grill and alleged that the dentist illegally supplied West with large quantities of nitrous gas for recreational purposes. Yiannopoulos claimed that the dentist’s purpose was to exploit West’s psychological vulnerabilities and accused him of stealing millions of dollars from West.

He also claimed that staff members had seen West use nitrous gas provided by Connelly and that West’s communication was becoming incomprehensible. In 2015, West admitted that he developed a new perspective after receiving nitrous gas from a dentist, but Yiannopoulos claimed that West had become addicted to nitrous gas because of Connelly. He claimed that staff members did nothing while West destroyed his brain with the neurotoxin.
