According to various reports, the property is spread over 53 acres and offers six bedrooms, nine bathrooms and spacious indoor and outdoor living spaces that combine luxury with entertaining.The biggest attraction of the property is undoubtedly its huge private residential water park. The list describes it as the largest private residential water park in Texas.
