Realty firm Arvind Smartspace Limited in Ahmedabad has invested Rs. 180 Crore has tied up with a land owner to develop a housing project with an estimated revenue potential.

In a regulatory filing on Monday, the company said it has signed a new residential horizontal development project located on the Kerala-Nalsarovar road in South Ahmedabad.
“This is a joint development project with an estimated top line of Rs 180 crore,” he added.
The company did not name the land owner.
Founded in 2008, Arvind Smartspace has a portfolio of 100.1 million square feet of real estate development. It has presence in Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Baroda, Bengaluru, Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Pune.
During the financial year 2025-26, the company’s profit fell to Rs.110.49 crore in the previous year. 96.44 crores. Total income Rs. 736.11 crore down to Rs. 584.47 crores.
