Trupti Dimri: Something got into his hands
talking to India TodayTripti Dimri rejected suggestions that there were any ill intentions behind the incident. The actress said that she hopes that, whenever a film is about to be released, even the most innocuous moments can become the subject of scrutiny.
“Nowadays, whenever one of my films comes out, it’s like I’m afraid to be happy when something is about to release. I ask myself, what will they choose this time? What will they make now?” He said sarcastically.

He said, “I thought, what will they get in this film? There is nothing. They can’t say anything this time. But they definitely got something. Some people will keep doing this every time; we can’t do anything about it.”

Reflecting on the difference between such controversies in the 1990s and today, the actor said, “Even then (there were) people, but they had no way of expressing. Today we have that channel; everyone is expressing these days. Everyone is a filmmaker, everyone is a fashionista, and everyone is the moral police.”
