In the year-ago period, the company made Rs. 88 crore net loss.
Total revenue more than doubled during the January-March period of 2025-26 to Rs. 1,540.99 crore as compared to Rs. 563.70 crore, it said in a regulatory filing on Monday.
During 2025-26, the net profit of Puravankara Limited will be Rs. 56.75 crore as against a net loss of 182.92 crore in the previous year.
Last financial year the total revenue increased to Rs. 3,846.42 crore which in the previous year was Rs. 2,093.13 crores.
As of March 31, Purvankara has completed 95 projects totaling 57 million square feet across nine cities: Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Mangaluru, Kochi, Mumbai, Pune and Goa.
The total land bank of the company is 40 million square feet and the ongoing projects add 36.69 million square feet. PTI
