1. Spaghetti

2. Ramen Noodles

Arguably some of the most popular noodles, these are thin, wheat-based noodles, often slightly curly. Enjoyed in a variety of broths such as shoyu, miso or tonkotsu, this Japanese dish can have a variety of toppings including meat, eggs, vegetables and seaweed!

3. Udon Noodles

4. Rice Noodles

5. Lo Mein Noodles

Thicker than ramen but thinner than udon, lo mein is usually stir-fried with vegetables, meats, and sauces. These noodles are very common in Chinese-American takeout dishes and are loved for their soft texture. They also have the ability to absorb a lot of flavor!

6. Soba Noodles
