According to Hindustan Times, the makers have chosen the title Raka After the huge success of Pushpa. According to a source quoted by the publication, the team deliberately decided to name the film after Allu Arjun’s character, considering how his role in Pushpa became the film’s identity and was widely popular among audiences across the country.
The source further indicated that Raka aims to recreate a similar effect by building the film around the main character’s strengths and appeal.

In the first-look poster, Arjun is seen in an animal-like avatar, resembling the physical traits of a werewolf. Although further details have not been revealed yet, the actor is reportedly expected to play multiple roles exploring the concept of parallel universes.
With Deepika Padukone confirmed to play the co-lead role, there are reports that Rashmika Mandanna may appear as one of the antagonists. However, no official confirmation has been made yet.

Marking Lokesh Kanagaraj’s debut in Telugu cinema, co-writer Rathna Kumar has emphasized that the film will be a “proper” pan-India project with international appeal. With Anirudh Ravichander handling the music compositions, the makers had unveiled an announcement teaser with 23 themes going viral.
Additionally, reports suggest that Allu Arjun may also collaborate with director-actor Basil Joseph on another project.
