Anurag Doval’s wife Ritika Chauhan posted a series of notes on her Instagram Stories on Thursday, refuting her husband’s claims against them and their families. The posts come days after Doval was discharged from hospital following serious injuries in a car accident earlier this month.

“The thing that hurts the most is realizing that reality is very different from what is being shown or perceived. Just because I’m not an influencer or don’t want to express myself online doesn’t mean my story doesn’t exist or doesn’t matter. Basically, I don’t do anything for any social POV’s. The same applies to my mother, my brother, my family and my in-laws. “None of us deserve this kind of misunderstanding,” he wrote in one of his Instagram Stories.
Chauhan, who is expecting her first child with Doval, also talked about the “stress and pain” she and her unborn child are experiencing amid the recent developments.
She said, “Being a woman, all I ever wanted was for my home to remain united. No girl ever wants to see her family go through something like this. I have always tried my best to fulfill my responsibilities as a wife with honesty and respect. Now, I am taking on an even bigger responsibility in the form of my unborn child. This small life is not worth being surrounded by stress and pain, yet it is affecting us deeply. All I ask is your understanding.” But I still have a question. I was there for everyone when everyone needed me, but where were you when I needed you?”
Chauhan further addressed “Truth”, saying that she has been deeply affected by the recent events and that her family is going through the same pain. He also emphasized the “perceptions and negativity” he believes are being fueled by “online noise”.
“I just got a negative PR, but that doesn’t change the truth. I will definitely make my side clear soon. I never wanted to post this, but I feel the need to say it clearly. I don’t want to make assumptions or negativity just to make noise online. This isn’t just affecting me; it’s affecting my family too. I have a life beyond all this, a beautiful life, where I keep the most precious experiences, my children. And I I refuse to do that. Surrounded by negativity that’s so pure and untouched, I’m choosing peace, for myself and my family,” she said.
Doval, who met with an accident with his car on the Delhi-Meerut Expressway, is currently recuperating at a friend’s farmhouse. The UK07 rider previously told his fans that he could he couldn’t feel one leg And there was fear that he would never walk again.
A friend also confirmed to the media that Chauhan was with her in the hospital, but she is not living with him at the moment.
