Dhanlakshmi Bank’s Q3 profit rises 20% YoY to Rs. 24 crores has happened

Private sector Dhanalakshmi Bank in the third quarter of the financial year has reported Rs. 24 crore in net profit, compared to Rs. 20 crore as compared to 20% growth despite a huge increase in provisions.

The pre-provision operating profit of the bank stood at Rs. 27 crore against Rs. 41 crores up 52% ​​to Rs. 456 crores total revenue increased by 21 percent.

Provisions and Contingencies Earlier Rs. 7 crore against Rs. 17 crores.

The bank’s asset quality has improved with the gross non-performing assets ratio falling to 2.36% at the end of December from 3.53% a year ago. Net NPA ratio was 1.11% as against 0.86%.

Its share price on the BSE fell 1.7% to Rs. was fixed at 24.50. The bank announced earnings during market hours.
