Globetrotter’s first single, Shruti Haasan lends voice for SS Rajamouli’s film
With the promotions of Mahesh Babu and SS Rajamouli’s much-awaited film ‘Globetrotter’ in full swing, the team has released the first single composed by MM Keeravani and sung by Shruti Haasan.
After over two years of silence and heightened anticipation, the team behind Mahesh Babu and SS Rajamouli’s ‘SSMB29’ has finally started unveiling important updates ahead of the grand launch event. After the first look of Prithviraj Sukumaran and video messages from Mahesh Babu and Priyanka Chopra, the makers have now released the first single of the film, featuring Shruti Haasan lending her voice.
Composed by Oscar-winning composer MM Keeravani, the track titled ‘Globetrotter (from “Globetrotter”) was released on YouTube and has already become a hit among fans. This emotionally charged song blends Shruti Haasan’s distinctive vocals with Keeravani’s signature grand orchestration, creating a stirring and cinematic soundscape.

Sharing a video from the recording studio with MM Keeravani, Shruti Haasan wrote on Instagram, “It was a pleasure to sing for MM Keeravani sir’s music. What a powerful track – Let it Bang, Globetrotter.”

She also shared a heartfelt note about the experience, writing, “I was sitting quietly, listening to Sir on the keys. He said he usually starts his sessions with Vigneshwara Mantram, so I assumed that’s what he was playing. Suddenly, I realized it was Appa’s song – that moment was extremely special. Sir, thank you for your kindness and the warmth of the entire team.”
As the ‘Globetrotter’ event is approaching, the team has intensified its promotional activities. The makers have confirmed that the first event will be held on 15th November at Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. Recently, they also released the first look of Prithviraj Sukumaran as the film’s ruthless antagonist Kumbha.
