Kantara: Chapter 1 is releasing in theaters later this week. The much awaited film blockbuster Kannada film serves as a prequel for Kantara (2022). On a grand scale, horseman, Kantara: Chapter 1 has recorded a decent advance booking in Hindi.
According to the data available at 11 pm (30 September), Kantara: Chapter 1 has sold around 30,000 tickets in the top two national series- PVR Inox and Cinepolis- for the early days. The film has a respectable person to take a respectable figure for a day and a day. If it manages to record a good growth tomorrow, it will close its advance booking around 55,000 to 60,000 tickets.

The conflict will definitely have an impact on both releases. However, Kanta: Chapter 1 is expected to lead the box office from chapter 1, especially with a good gap.
Based on the current trends and pre-selling, Kantara: Chapter 1 is expected to open at the Indian box office to Rs 17 crore. If the film receives a good response in the morning show, it will promote its spot booking for the evening and night shows, which can take its day 1 collection closer to the mark of Rs 20 crore.
