Diljit Dosanj visited Mumbai after Sardar G3 line
Singer-actor Diljit Dosanj made a rare presence in Mumbai on Thursday. His film ‘Sardar Ji 3’ took place months after the controversy. The actor recently filmed for ‘Border 2’.
Singer-actor Diljit Dosanj was captured by photographers during a brief visit to Mumbai on Friday. The months of his film ‘Sardar Ji 3’ came later. The reason for his visit is not yet known. However, speculation prevails that this may be for a professional commitment.
In the video that appeared online, Diljit was seen inside a car surrounded by security personnel. He was not engaged to the press or the public. The rare presence by the 41 -year -old also comes in Mumbai after its December 2024 concert in Mumbai.
He recently joined the army along with NGOs and local authorities to adopt 10 villages in Gurdaspur and Amritsar in Punjab. His team focuses on providing essential things like food, water and medical aid as Punjab faces flood -like situation after heavy rains.
Diljit was widely criticized by the artists of ‘Sardar Ji 3’ earlier this year, which included Pakistani actor Hania Aamir. The decisions of the producers to release the film worldwide except in India were also slammed. The Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) demanded that the film industry blacklisted him and demanded the cancellation of his Indian citizenship. The order was later canceled.
Meanwhile, he recently concluded the filming for his upcoming project, ‘Border 2’. Directed by Anurag Singh, ‘Border 2’ stars a notable dress artist including Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan and Ahaan Shetty. The film is scheduled to release on 23 January 2026. Although he was also part of the upcoming film ‘No Entry 2’, filmmaker Boney Kapoor recently confirmed his exit citing date issues.
On the music front, he will be seen doing music shows around the world as part of his aura tour.
