Here are 3 tips to help reduce inflammation in your body

1. Vegetable juice

If you are struggling with bloating, start your day with a glass of vegetable juice. This is because the fiber in vegetables has the most effective anti-inflammatory properties, which is what you need to reduce inflammation quickly. However, the juice should not be strained and the fiber should be kept to stimulate bowel movements. Also, do not forget to add ginger to ease digestion.

2. Water

According to holistic health coach Sudhakar, aim to drink a glass of water every hour. This is because water acts as a detox drink by stimulating your liver and kidneys to flush out excess sugar and salt from your body.

3. Avoid processed food

The most important tip according to the health coach is to avoid eating sugary, processed, and fried foods for at least 24 to 48 hours. This will give your body time to detox and repair itself, naturally reducing the levels of inflammation in your body.
