Filmmaker Farah Khan recently opened her views on marriage and maternity. In her new Vlog, she remembered when she wanted to marry at the age of 23, while her mother was against it.

Khan shared his view at the right age for marriage, in a conversation with the social media influential Apoorva Mukha on his YouTube channel. When 23 -year -old Mukhja expressed his desire to get married soon, the director of ‘Tees Mar Khan’ (2010) said, “Never get so young.”

He further said, “At the age of 23, I wanted to get married. I felt that my life is over now.”Kya hi hai life mein (Now what else is left in my life)? ‘And was like my mother,’ If you are at such a young age, I will take you out of my house. ‘ I cried and created a scene. I said, ‘Other parents want their daughters to get married and you are mine Enemy (Enemy)’.”

“But today, I am thankful that I got married around 40. I am very happy. I have three beautiful children, a good husband. At the age of 40, you do whatever you want,” she said.

Khan’s husband, Shirish Kundar is a film director and editor. After working on 21 films as its editor, Kunder started his direction with ‘Jaan-e-Man’ (2006). He met Khan when he started his direction with ‘Main Hoon Na’ (2004). The couple got married on 9 December 2004. Both welcomed their triple in 2008.

Khan’s final dramatic release as a director was ‘Happy New Year’ (2014). The film included Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Sonu Sood, Boman Irani, Vivaan Shah and Jackie Shroff among the decisive characters. The director also honored ‘Om Shanti Om’ (2007), which marked the beginning of Padukone’s acting.

Khan was recently seen as a judge and host of the television reality show ‘Celebrity Master Chef’ (2025). His co-judge chefs on the show were Ranveer Brar and Vikas Khanna.
