In the leading weeks for celebration, it is all about curing the perfect wedding wardrobe – participating in bride’s exhibitions, maping daily shopping springs, hunting gems hidden in the city for that dream outfits, and of course, scroll for endless online fashion inspo.

We took notes for you in the recently concluded Bharat Coucher Week, where 14 designers showed their new collections in an interval of 8 days. A micro-trend that is worth noting you in this season is quite warm.

At the ICW Opening Show by Mishra, a model changed his head into a luxurious silver dress, with a bold inverted heart cutout. Peplum blouse, with its risk midrif-baring details, was a quick showstopper. The look is easily doubled as an inspiration for a vogish blouse design or can be worn for cocktail party or reception.

Meanwhile, Tara Sutaria served a hearty dose of Bridal Glamor as a showstopper for designer Isha Jajodia’s label rosroom. She paired a soft Ivory lace skirt with a contrasting gold corset, while the heart -shaped neckline actually stole the spotlight.

Another show-styller was a Swapnil beige gown sprinkled with a subtle glow. Its choli played the heart theme – not only with a classic sweetheart neckline, but also cleverly arranged to expose the size.

Designer Duo Falguni Shane Mor gave a metal spin to his penchant for hearts in his new bridal wear collection.
Between the ocean of sparkling enclosures, a flickering, figure-hugging gown stood out for the expansion of its striking heart, which was designed with sculpture metal accents. A Panna drop at the center raised the play up, which gave the correct dose of Oomph.

Another maximalist ENSMBAL from the same collection was shown a courageous blouse with a metallic heart cutout, cleverly coined with a bird pair meeting.
Heart’s passion did not stop in outfits – the game of jewelery on the ramp also saw us hearts. Case in Bindu: Khushi Kapoor’s show-stop look, ended with a striking heart-shaped emerald bran.
