Aishwarya Rai Bachchan recently attended SIIMA 2024 in Dubai. She attended the event with her daughter Aaradhya. The mother-daughter duo stunned everyone on the red carpet and kissed each other lovingly before posing smilingly for the camera.
Both Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Aaradhya opted for shimmery outfits for the event. The mother-daughter duo looked gorgeous on the red carpet and their cute moments during the ceremony are now going viral.

At SIIMA 2024, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was overjoyed to win the Best Actress award for her role in Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan 2. The film featured Jayam Ravi, Chiyaan Vikram and many others in lead roles.
While accepting the award, she gave a heart touching speech. She said, “Thank you very much SIIMA for honouring me with this award. It means a lot to me as this film was very close to my heart, Ponniyin Selvan, directed by my guru Mani Ratnam. And honouring my work as Nandini in Ponniyin Selvan for Best Actress is truly celebrating the work of the entire team.”
For those who don’t know, PS was supposed to be a single film. But, the makers decided to split the film into two parts and release them one after the other. Apart from Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, the film also stars Trisha, Sobhita Dhulipala, Parthiban and many others. Sarathkumar and Jayam Ravi were also major parts of the film.
Meanwhile, the film has been narrated by Kamal Haasan, Chiranjeevi, Rana Daggubati and other famous actors.
The first part was released in 2022, while the second part will hit the big screens in 2023. Both the films were blockbuster hits and received positive responses from cinema lovers around the world. If you haven’t seen the film, do watch it. Both the films are streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
