- Start soaking soy chunks in warm water for about an hour.
- Whisk, gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and water until the water becomes smooth.
- Cook the mixture on low flame every 5 to 10 minutes.
- Heat mustard oil in a pan and add fenugreek, cumin, kasuri fenugreek, a pinch of hing, slit chilli, garlic, chopped onion and spinach. Well saute.
- Once it is done, add it to the prepared yogurt-foot mixture. Squeeze water with a piece of soy and also add them to the mixture.
- Boil for a few minutes before serving hot with rice.
