Sharabi Chicken Tikka Recipe | How to make fluffy chicken tikka?
This fluffy chicken tikka recipe has been shared by chef Anahita Dhondy on her Instagram handle. To start the dish, cut the chicken into small pieces and marinate with salt, lemon juice, chilli powder and ginger-garlic paste. Marinate the chicken well and let it sit for at least two hours. Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk together curd, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, pickle oil, lemon juice and kasoori methi.
After this, mix this curd mixture in the marinated chicken pieces. Also, add 15 ml whiskey and 30 ml rum, and then mix it well and leave it for at least an hour. The longer the marination, the better the chicken will look. finally, in a grill pan, add some butter or oil and grill the marinated chicken pieces until nice and charred. Place them in plates and serve sprinkled with chopped onions, some mint chutney and chaat masala. That’s it! You have the fluffy chicken tikka ready to taste.
