How to make Bajra Kadhi at home. Bajra Kadhi Recipe

The recipe of Bajra Kadhi was shared by Instagram page @diningwithdhoot. To make this, add curd, millet flour, red chilli powder, salt, asafoetida and turmeric in a bowl. mix well. Gradually add water and beat until there are no lumps in the mixture. After this, heat oil in a pan and add cumin, mustard, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds and asafoetida. Fry for a minute, then add garlic chilli paste and chopped onion. Let it cook for a few minutes. Add the curd mixture, bring to a boil and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander and kasoori methi. Pour spicy tadka over the kadhi and serve hot! Your Bajra Kadhi is ready to taste!
