Swara Bhaskar’s X account was permanently suspended due to alleged copyright violations due to his Republic Day Post. He contested it as baseless and urged a review on Instagram.
Swara Bhaskar’s X profile was permanently suspended due to copyright violations. It was because Bhaskar posted on Republic Day. The actor called the decision “ridiculous and unstable” and requested to review the decision on Instagram and reversed it.
Swara Bhaskar wrote on Instagram, “Two images from two tweets have been marked as ‘copyright violation’. Aadhaar which my ex account is closed / disable Has been. An Orange Background and Text in Hindi Devanagari script with one is a popular slogan of progressive movement in India.
He said, “The second image marked as a violation is an image of my own child, in which his face is hidden with waving an Indian flag and writing ‘Happy Republic Day India’ (SIC).”
He then asked, “How can it probably be copyright violations ???? Who has copyright on my child’s equality ??? (SIC).”
While requesting the X to look forward to the matter, he concluded, “If these tweets have been informed about the mass, their aim is to disturb the user itself and its purpose is to suppress my speech and freedom of expression. Reverse your decision (SIC).
Swara Bhaskar has always been vocal about his thoughts and political outlook. He has also faced hatred due to this. The actor is currently on a break after his marriage and motherhood.
