After a successful dramatic run, ‘Superboy of Malegaon’ started streaming on prime videos. The film was opened from audiences and critics for a luxurious review. It premiered in theaters on February 28, 2025 worldwide.

‘Superboy of Malegaon’ is inspired by real events and tells the story of Nasir Sheikh, an amateur filmmaker from Malegaon, a small town in Maharashtra. The film depicts how Nasir makes a film for the local community, with his group of friends, which offers a warm exploration of filmmaking, friendship and flexibility.
Directed by Reema Kagti and written by Varun Grover, the film is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar, Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagati under Excel Entertainment and Tiger Baby banner. It features a strong dress artists, including Adarsh Gaurav, Vineet Kumar Singh, Shashank Arora and Anuj Singh Duhan.
The film received critical praise on major festivals like Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), 68th BFI London Film Festival, Palm Springs International Film Festival and Red Sea International Film Festival.
